Model Profile - Veruschka
Veruschka aka Vera von Lehndorff - model, actress and artist. Starting fashion modelling back in 1964 she became one of the leading models in the 60s. As far as I know she almost did editorials only, and by beginnig of the 70s discontinued her career as a model. She focussed on working as an artist and also did some acting - best known is her appearance in the thriller Blow Up by Michelangelo Antonioni - but occasionally she would also do some fashion modelling again, either on the catwalk or in the studio. The pics compiled below are examples of both of these parts of her career. Her more contemporary work is definitely more artistic.
