Model Profile - Deborah Harris

Deborah Harris is undoubtedly the best known  fur model.  Her modeling career lasted from the late 70s to the early 90s, and included regular modeling (11 seasons) of the Grosvenor fur collection. Her fame however is not only the result of the large scope of her work, but also due to her unique modeling attitude, which so perfectly  matched the sensuality of the furs she presented. In most of her appearances, which were congenially photographed and directed by Victor Skrebneski, she used to represent either the  "high snobiety lady" or the "bad leather girl",  consistently modeling with an expression of superiority and dominance that  qualifies her as the haute couture personification of "Venus in Fur".
